Fire Protection

Fire Protection System consists of a Fire Protection Pump Room with water storage and alternate power supply to cater to a pressurised pipe network consisting of temperature actuated sprinklers and manually operable hydrant valves. When a sprinkler is activated or a Fire Hydrant valve is operated, it creates a pressure drop in the system and the Fire Pumps are pressed into action to supply water at rated pressure to create a high pressure spray of water to douse the flames.

Though this system is sufficient to tackle any type of fire that can occur in a typical residential or commercial set-up, the healthiness of the motor driven pumps along with sufficient water storage becomes an essential prerequisite.

Fire-Ready is a system that does automatic maintenance runs of the pump house at pre- programmed periodic intervals. This ensures that all equipment is made to operate in a fire-like situation. Hence the equipment gets tested automatically without a need for any human intervention.
