The Fire Extinguishers generally contain pressurised fire extinguishing chemical agents that tend to lose the pressure and need to be refilled regularly. And since they are portable, there are also chances of the Fire Extinguishers to be removed from the location and are also subject to theft etc. All of this means that in the case of a fire emergency, fire extinguishers cannot be used. Large infrastructures are also equipped with thousands of extinguishers which means that routine checks become tedious for maintenance staff.
The Fire-Ready system can monitor whether the Fire Extinguishers are present at specific locations and also check whether they are full or empty content. The Fire-Ready system also has an option to provide information about the expiry date of the Fire Extinguisher.
